Orders
JAIA may contact you to confirm an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when information is incomplete or inaccurate, payment or delivery cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, or a product is unavailable.

Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer agrees to provide accurate contact and delivery details and to be available to receive the order.

Delivery, inspection, and returns
Delivery is currently available within Egypt. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days and may vary. Customers may inspect their order at delivery before accepting it. Returns, exchanges, defects, and incorrect items are handled according to JAIA’s Return and Refund Policy.
